Let me start by saying that the Stage2Data cloud backup is a great insurance policy! We had a virus last week from an email link that affected PDFs and JPGs. With very little IT experience I was able to isolate the affected files, restore the data and have us back up and running, with zero data loss. In total, we had 2 hours of downtime during the workday. I did the restore on my own which meant I didn’t have to pay my IT guy $90 an hour. That means the service more than paid for itself. The restore program is user-friendly and with viruses being more and more common these days, it’s an insurance policy I highly recommend.
